John Bjerke attended Leesville from 2009-2013. He graduated early January of 2013 but came back for the official graduation June of that year.
“My experience at Leesville was almost that of High School Musical not trying to sound too clichè without the acting and singing of course,” Bjerke said.
He participated in track and field, cross country, and wrestling. He was in the New Student Liaison program for awhile and participated in many other extracurricular activities, as well as having different jobs throughout high school. Now Bjerke works as a Teller at 64 Business Center. He definitely enjoyed his time at Leesville and learned a lot that helped him become who he is today.
