By far the greatest aspect of Taco Bell is the cost. The low cost of food here is easily the greatest appeal for me, as it is for a lot of people.
An (albeit mediocre) soft taco costs only $1.99, and you can get a 3-taco combo with a drink for just $8.19. Other food offerings, such as quesadillas and burritos, just scrape the $6 mark.
The food is not the best whatsoever. The beef is “interesting” to say the least, and the tortillas are sometimes stale. But when you’re in a time crunch to get back to school before the bell, you can’t really go wrong with a soft taco and a Baja Blast, after all, it’s only 2 minutes away.
Speaking of which, Taco Bell offers a unique flavour of Mountain Dew nicknamed Baja Blast, and it’s honestly great. You’ll never catch me on a Taco Bell run during lunch without a large Baja Blast.
They have combo boxes, which are a fan favorite, allowing you to build your own meal for only a few bucks. Nacho Fries are also back!
Purely due to Taco Bell’s unbelievable pricing and ideal location in relation to Leesville, I’d easily rate it a ⅘ stars.
It makes my day better when I eat good food.
