Inside Earle Meets World
Alix Earle partnered with Netflix to create a reality TV show called “Earle Meets World.” The show came out September 4, 2026.
Netflix follows Earle as she launches her business, Reale Actives, turning her career from an influencer to a business owner. She continues to grow and drama with family and relationships begins to stir.
The show centers around a 25-year-old influencer Alix Earle alongside her sister Ashtin who is also an influencer, and her manager-father Thomas, and stepmother Ashley, whose past affair creates household tension. Her mother Alisa, her mother’s boyfriend Todd, and various friends and siblings round out the cast.
The Breakup and Online Fallout
Just as her show launched, Earle ended her relationship with New York Giants wide receiver Braxton Berrios. The show reveals the true family drama that Earle deals with. As Earle launches her new skincare brand, she addresses online gossip.
Earle shares her emotions as she moves out of Braxton’s house. She later shared on SiriusXM during an interview, “ [The] first thing we filmed too was I was like moving out of my boyfriend’s house and it was really vulnerable — I was snotty and all over the place.”
Earle gets fairly emotional in the first few episodes as she navigates a breakup, intense media scrutiny, and other personal issues. Earle during an interview admitted on SiriusXM, “All I did was cry the whole season.”
Right as Earle and Berrios broke up, fans made thousands of edits and commented nonstop about how upsetting this news was. Many of these TikTok edits and comments reachedAlix Earle quickly.
Earle shares on her TikTok platform, “Honestly, I just sort of took some time for myself and tried to not be online as much because I was getting into not the best place.”
Social media can control influencers’ lives and impact their decisions. Earle also shares on SiriusXM that, “Letting go of that control was something that was tough for me in the beginning.”
Throughout the show, drama was stirred with other influences and other celebrities.
Alix Earle and Tom Brady were talking at a St. Bart’s New Year’s Eve party, which blew up online. According to Her Campus, “The influencer was seen with Brady in St. Barths at New Year’s, and her family doesn’t let it slide.” Her family continuously talks about how she needs to stay single.
While all the drama with Braxton and Earle continued, crews kept filming the show. The show portrayed Earle as vulnerable as she dealt with the online backlash.
Escalating Rumors
As filming continued, tension escalated between Unwell Network founder Alex Cooper and creator Alix Earle. Cooper exposed Earle for her reposts and liked videos across her platforms. Challenging Earle to address their professional fallout openly, Cooper declared, “Say what you’ve got to say about me. There’s no NDA. No one is stopping you.” (via People Magazine)
Unsure how to address the situation, Earle initially stayed quiet, leaving her audience on a cliffhanger. Fans start to make their own stories up, making the drama much larger.
Addressing their fallout on Earle Meets World, Earle shared that she felt betrayed by Alex Cooper and accused her of selling her ‘on a dream.
The Messy Truth
Alix Earle and Ashtin Earle shared that despite filming causing issues with their family, it brought them closer together because they confronted each other with past issues.
Ashtin said in People magazine that “nothing was left unsaid.” Though there were a lot of family problems, discussing it with each other broke the tension between the family.
The show uncovers their drama and brings a real and raw representation of their family.
Alix Earle said in People magazine, “But I think our family’s done such a good job of coming together and really being like, ‘This is our story, this is who we are. We are not perfect all the time, but this is our reality.”
While unraveling all the family issues, Earle and Ashtin Earle get hit with hard news. Following their mother Alisa’s fall 2025 breast cancer diagnosis, “Alix Earle and Ashtin Earle take the test, and find out they both tested positive for the gene.” (via USA Today)
Learning about the gene was an emotional moment in the show for both Alix Earle, her sister, and her mom. Watching Alix, her mom, and her sister break down on screen was really an emotional moment in the show. It was a rare, uncomfortable human moment where you forget the cameras are even rolling.
The Big Finish
The show ended on a cliffhanger with Earle calling Braxton Berrios, asking if he sees a future for her. He responds with, “Oh, Alix.” And the show ends. Once the show ended, opinions sparked up.
The show received poor reviews on MetaCritic, “Extremely boring and out of touch drama that is insane and lacks depth. It is about as entertaining as a plain saltine cracker.”
Others were good, on MetaCritic, “Such a great entertaining show! Absolutely loved it! It was so interesting to see the behind the scenes of the Earle family’s life!”
Tiktok thought the ending was huge and dove very deep into the spiral of what “Oh, Alix” meant. One comment on TikTok said, “to me that sounds like a ‘oh alix …i’m already seeing someone else.’”
Despite all opinions, the show was a success in the aspect of business, entertainment, and global streaming. With a 6.8/10 Metacritic user score and an average 8.3% engagement rate on TikTok, the show performed well with her existing core audience, even if mainstream critics were mixed.
