Conan Gray’s Wishbone World Tour

Indie and synth pop artist Conan Gray is currently touring to promote his fourth studio album, “Wishbone.” The Wishbone World Tour is his second arena-level world tour, and he is stopping in major cities around the world, including Sacramento, CA, on March 18, 2026, and Paris, France, on May 18-19, 2026.

Gray’s fourth 12-track studio album was released on August 15, 2025, and features popular songs including “Vodka Cranberry,” “Eleven Eleven,” and “My World.” The album has reached mass popularity with over 38.8 million streams on Spotify within its first release week. The album also reached over 8.4 million streams within just 24 hours of its release. “Wishbone” has been noted as the highest charting album of Gray’s career, surpassing his previous albums: “Found Heaven” (2024), “Superache” (2022), and “Kid Krow” (2020).

Gray took to his Instagram account (@conangray) on October 20, 2025, to announce the Wishbone World Tour. The tour kicked off on February 19, 2026, in Minneapolis, MN, and ends on October 8, 2026, in Perth, Australia. While on tour, Gray is stopping in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

The opening act of the tour is indie-folk and pop singer-songwriter Esha Tewari, where she performs some of her music, including songs such as “You Were Mine,” “About Me,” and “Muse.”

Gray came to Raleigh, NC, on March 4, 2026, and performed at the Lenovo Center. Esha Tewari performed at 8 pm, and Conan Gray came out around 9 pm to perform where he sang from each of his four albums, including popular songs such as “Heather (Long Lost Version) [Live],” “Family Line,” “Never Ending Song,” and “Caramel.” He also played an unreleased song titled “The Best.” The acoustic surprise song that Gray chose to sing was “Fight or Flight.” On the tour, this is known as Conan’s Campfire, where Gray sings by a makeshift fire, some grass, and his guitar.

Hailey Westmoreland, junior, said, “The Wishbone World Tour was the best concert experience I’ve ever had. It was everything I could’ve wanted, except more ‘Found Heaven’ [songs] on the setlist.” Westmoreland said her favorite songs that Gray performed were “Eleven Eleven” and “Care.” Westmoreland said, “When the confetti cannons blasted during [his song] ‘Caramel’ and all I could see was confetti and Conan [Gray]. It was such a happy moment and a huge rush of emotion.” Westmoreland said she loves how relatable Gray’s music is; even if the exact situation the song is about isn’t relatable to you on a personal level, you can feel the pain he went through. She said, “His songs can make you happy even if it reminds you of something sad.”

Every show on the Wishbone World Tour includes a wishbone break, where Conan picks a fan (or fans) from the crowd and has them break a wishbone with them. The fan usually ends up breaking off the larger piece of the wishbone, where Gray gives them two options of a surprise song to play, and whichever one they choose, he sings. During the wishbone break in Raleigh, he chose three fans from the audience. They had the option between his songs “Astronomy” and “The Exit,” to which the fans chose “The Exit” as their surprise song.

Ella Harriss, freshman, is a huge fan of Conan Gray and his music. Harriss said, “[The tour was] absolutely incredible. I can’t believe the outfits, the songs, [and] the confetti.” She said her favorite songs that Gray played at the concert were “Romeo” and “Fight or Flight.” Harris said, “[My favorite moment from the concert] was when I got to touch his hand when he did the ‘People Watching’ barricade walk.” Harriss said that Gray’s music means a lot to her, and she loves how welcoming his fanbase is and how they’ve created a home for Conan Gray fans.

Throughout the show, Gray has different sets on stage that he interacts with while he sings. The opening set included him riding a bike onto the stage, then stopping to look inside a mailbox. There were grass patches on the stage to represent a yard. There was also a small windmill on stage that Gray climbed during his songs. The second set included Conan on a bed, with clouds in the background and white fog covering the stage.

Lucy Hill, freshman, has seen Conan Gray in concert before and said, “I went to the first show, but this show was so much better because I had such better seats.” She said her favorite songs he performed were “Fight or Flight” and “Eleven Eleven”. Hill said, “I got the tour shirt, the wishbone jersey, and also confetti [at the concert].” Hill said she loves how supportive Gray is towards his fans and how inclusive he is. She also loves how welcoming the environment always is at his concerts.
