All About Season 4 of The Traitors

The Traitors, streaming on Peacock, is a reality competition television series. Twenty-three celebrity contestants are placed in a castle in Scotland, where they complete daily challenges while attempting to solve a murder mystery.

The show consists of two teams: the Traitors and the Faithfuls. The Traitors hold the power, as they secretly eliminate Faithfuls throughout the game. Meanwhile, the Faithfuls work together to expose who among them is secretly a Traitor. If the Faithfuls successfully eliminate all Traitors, they split the prize money. However, if even one Traitor remains at the end of the game, that Traitor wins the entire prize money and the Faithfuls lose.

The show has the same murder-mystery vibes as Clue, but overall it is very similar to Among Us.

I enjoy watching television, especially reality TV. When the cast for The Traitors Season 4 was revealed, Rob Rausch from Love Island Season 6 caught my attention and drew me into the show. I had never seen The Traitors before, but I had heard positive reviews from my favorite podcasters.

Season 4 premiered on January 8, 2026. As of writing this, the show is about halfway through, and to put it lightly, I’m obsessed. I’ve never watched anything like it, and it’s fascinating to watch an unscripted group of celebrities try to solve a “real-life” murder mystery.

I also love how diverse the cast is. There are comedians, actors, Survivor contestants, Olympic athletes, and more. It’s so interesting to watch them all interact, form alliances, and strategize.

“Everyone needs to watch The Traitors because it is easy to understand but still complex and interesting to keep you hooked. The characters are also super good and you’ll see some you already know,” said Sarah Lynn Rajaratnam, senior, via direct message.

Overall, The Traitors is a show that is both entertaining and funny. If you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable watch, I definitely recommend The Traitors.
