This season of Dancing with the Stars has brought a new mix of influencers, athletes, and TV stars to the dance floor. 

One of the headline names that many of us know is Social Media influencer Alix Earle. Known for her “get ready with me “ videos and relationship with NFL player Braxton Barrios, gave her a strong platform to compete in this year’s competition.

Earle is partnered with pro dancer Val Chemkovskiy.

This season isn’t solely focused on TikTok stars. Season 34 cast also features team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles as well as famous musicians like Scott Hoying of Pentatonix.

Thus far, this season has featured the perfect mix of trending songs with classic dances featuring themes like TikTok night, Wicked, Halloween night, etc. 

For week 3 “TikTok Night,” each couple performed a dance to a viral TikTok song. This allowed TikTok stars like Alix Earle and Whitney Leavitt to shine amongst the other stars. 

While the TikTok theme was a hit, the “Wicked” theme brought out 10s across the board for stars Whitney Leavitt and her partner Mark Ballas. The mixture of their lip-syncing and dance moves “wowed” the judges.

Overall, Season 34 stands out due to the blend between trends and classic ballroom culture. From TikTok stars, Mormon wives, gymnasts, and singers, this season has caught the eye of all age groups.
