Hot Yoga: Hot yoga is a form of yoga that is done in a heated room with temperatures ranging from 90 degrees F to 105 F. The large amounts of sweat released along with the range of motions can result in the perfect snatched look. There are many health benefits associated with hot yoga including “increased flexibility, Greater lung capacity, Burn calories, and more.”

Gym: There are many machines and options at a typical gym depending on your goals or even what is the most entertaining to you. A workout, including cardio, comes in multiple forms like a stairmaster, treadmill, or stationary bike. Working on different muscle groups can create a more toned look.

While exercise is needed, finding the perfect balance between the food you are consuming will further your health grind. Not only does food fuel your body, it can also help with recovery and energy.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day starting the day off with a protein-filled meal. Some ideas could be something as simple as eggs and wheat toast, protein parfait, or protein shakes.

Lunch can be used to refuel for the rest of the day ahead, eating something like a protein bar while being low in calories won’t be beneficial for that refuel. This meal doesn’t have to be particularly heavy, a sandwich with fruit or anything else of your liking will suffice.

Lastly, dinner can provide “sustained energy, stabilize blood sugar, and kickstart muscle recovery”.  Finding different food ideas can be a hassle, looking on apps like Pinterest or Lemon 8 can give you some new ideas for weekly meal prep.

Combining healthy food finds with daily exercise can get your body tea for the summer.
