AUDEMARS PIGUET expands in the Triangle

Swiss luxury AUDEMARS PIGUET is expanding its North American presence with a new service center in Raleigh, North Carolina. The company has invested $22 million in the facility which will be located at Raleigh Ironworks, a new 19 acre development with multiple different brands. The move is expected to create 105 new jobs including positions for watchmakers, quality control engineers, and administrative staff. 

The decision to relocate from Clearwater, Florida to Raleigh was influenced by the Triangle area’s quality of life, educational institutions and business environment. The CEO of AUDEMARS PIGUET stated when employees visited Raleigh and the triangle area. They said it felt like home. Quality of life schools, healthcare culture, and safe communities for the major considerations for our teams.

The new 63,000 square-foot facility represents the large new two market office lease in Raleigh for the year. Ironworks developed by a grub ventures and Jamestown combined historic architecture with modern amenities. 

Governor Roy Cooper welcomed the expansion, highlighting North Carolina, skilled workforce and favorable business climate. 

This strategic move underscores AUDEMARS PIGUET commitment to enhancing its service capabilities in the US market, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and maintenance for their timepieces. Expanding to the Raleigh market will only expand their company presence.
