“The Career Center helps me schedule college visits and helps me learn about the careers available at my chosen schools… I set up an appointment with ECU Honors college. They provided information on when to apply and the application process,” said Haley Hawkins, a senior at Leesville

If a student is interested in the military, military recruiters will typically visit Leesville on the fourth week of each month. Students can sign up through the SignUp genius. The different branches that visit Leesville are the Air force, Army, Army National Guard, Marines, and Navy.

All military branches require the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), an aptitude test that will help determine a student’s natural abilities and to make an informed military career choices. A student’s score will determine what jobs they qualify for in the military.

The ASVAB will be administered at Leesville November 18, 2016 from 7:25 to 10:15 at the Multi-Purpose room in the Murphy building. 10th through 12th grade students can sign up using Signup genius.
